"Argonauta is dedicated to helping individuals and companies achieve positive transformation"
Strategic Alliances Consulting -
Our Approach

At Argonauta we believe that corporate success starts with a well developed corporate strategy and a well developed alliance strategy. We believe that no step should be taken until decision makers determine and examine the range of possibilities. We believe that successful alliances require a common vision and consistent goals by both partners and an on-going sustained effort by both partners.

Our work with clients covers every step of this process. We help firms develop or clarify their strategy. Through a structured and comprehensive process we ensure the facilitated discussions are strategic, all encompassing, and well grounded.

If the best strategic alternative is an alliance, we work with our clients to identify the right partner. Once a partner has been identified, we work to ensure strategic alignment and cultural compatibility, and to develop a negotiation strategy. Once the deal is concluded, we work to maintain alignment and synergy between the companies.

At Argonauta, we also believe in strengthening the intellectual capital of our clients. We not only help executives make better strategic decisions, but we can coach them to enhance their strategic thinking ability.

Our goal is to help our clients grow profitably and sustain that growth.

Argonauta has extensive experience in strategic alliances and corporate strategy. We are leaders in our field
