Mindfulness Coaching Program for Health & Wellness
This Program focuses on the basics of Mindfulness meditation for health and wellness, including managing stress and managing migraines. Topics and techniques covered include creating calm at will, being in and cultivating the present moment, and internal awareness of thoughts and emotions. It also includes training in creating focus / concentration, clarity and equanimity. It comprises 8 one hour Sessions.
Mindful Leadership Coaching Program
This Program focuses on sustaining high performance and resilience. It enables the individual to be a more effective leader and professional. Through specific techniques the participant trains the mind to effectively manage stress, and be present and aware, regardless of circumstances. It is also tailored to the individual's needs and comprises 8 one hour Sessions.
Advanced Mindfulness Course – Path to Awakening
This Course is designed for people who have taken the Introductory Course and / or Coaching Program. It deals with more advanced Mindfulness topics and includes longer in class meditations. At this time the Advanced Course focuses on the Path to Awakening.
Mindful Leadership and Governance Certificate Program at the University of Toronto
This three-module Program is based on Mindful Leadership: The 9 Ways to Self-Awareness, Transforming Yourself, and Inspiring Others. It gives a holistic view of mindful leadership to the candidate. This Program is equally valuable to business, government, and the not-for-profit sectors. The three modules include: Mindful Leadership Fundamentals; Mastering Mindful Leadership; and Mindful Governance.

Custom Corporate Mindfulness Leadership Programs
These Programs are based on Mindful Leadership: The 9 Ways to Self-Awareness, Transforming Yourself, and Inspiring Others and are tailored to the specific needs of the organization. Corporate teams apply Mindfulness to their everyday working environments, attaining greater concentration and performance. Other aspects include goal setting, decision making, mindful meetings and mindful negotiations. These Programs can be structured as a one-hour Talk, a multi-day Workshop, or 6-8 week Course, in person or on line.
Mindful Golf Coaching
Individuals learn to master the mental part of Golf by learning how to be calm and to focus, regardless of outcome and score. This makes the difference between an average round of Golf and a great round.
